Spotmink is a buyer intelligence platform for real estate. It turns project websites into a clear picture of who is serious, what they want, and when to reach them.
Why we built it
Spotmink began as a platform for building real estate project websites: interactive floor plans, live unit availability, amenities and location, all in one place for each project.
Working with real estate teams, we noticed something. The most valuable thing about these sites was not the site itself. It was what buyers did on it. The people who returned to the same unit, compared floors and shared plans with family were the ones who visited and booked. Yet sales teams never saw any of it. They saw a name and a number, the same as everyone else.
So we rebuilt Spotmink around that insight. Today it still gives every project a fast, beautiful website. But its real job is to read buyer interest, unit by unit, and put it in front of the people who can act on it.

That experience shapes how Spotmink is built: dependable infrastructure, careful handling of data, and AI that is useful rather than decorative. Spotmink sits alongside Assystant's other products, including AuthGrant, SpotAxis and Clearity.
